I wanted to take a minute to give an update on the new space, as we are working to get this completed! The drywall should be boarded and done by the end of tomorrow, next up mud and tape for half the gym(offices, washrooms, ‘lounge’ and Yoga room).
We will commence painting the gym side right away as well…expected move date. ~ End of April, we are targeting April 25th.
We will also be making so changes inside of the gym as well to the Program, details will be released for next week.
What you can look forward to:
– An all-in one ‘HUB’ system where a Group Membership(same as current) will get you assess to the regular classes we have now…..also our Endurance(after a ‘Onramp’ Endurance Session), Yoga, a Barbell Club(OLY, Strength and Conditioning and sport conditioning), and more too come.
– Regular Scheduled Assessment Days – these will occur 1 day every week during set hours. Members will get 1 – 20 minute session a month to have measurements, Body Fat %, Goal Setting or a skill session session completed with a Coach – these will done by appointment.
